Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy

At Shambhhavi, every product is thoughtfully curated and energetically prepared with care. Many of our offerings, especially crystals, are natural and unique, which means no two pieces are ever identical.

Product Variations

  • Customers claiming that the product received is not exactly the same as shown in the website images will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Since crystals are natural elements, variations in colour, shape, size, and texture are natural and expected, making each piece unique in its own way.

  • Each product is sourced & sealed with love.

Unboxing Requirement for Claims

To ensure transparency and fair resolution of any concerns:Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed package

  • Clearly show the package condition

  • Continue without cuts until the product is fully visible

This video will be mandatory for any claim regarding damage, defect, or missing items.Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • The unboxing video

  • Clear photographs

  • Your order details

Once verified, our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the delicate and personalised nature of certain items, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once sold:

  • Crystal Bracelets

  • Personalised Crystals

  • Energised / Coded Products

  • Custom Spiritual Tools

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days for deliveries within India.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary. Delivery can take upto 7 days depending on the location.

Please note that delivery may take longer during:

  • Public holidays

  • Festive seasons

  • Special occasions

  • Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

Shambhhavi will not be responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control, though we will always assist in tracking and supporting your order.
